Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CourtSense mobile application (the "App") operated by CourtSense ("we," "our," or "us").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CourtSense is a basketball playbook and coaching platform that provides:

• Play creation and animation tools
• Roster and player management
• Scouting reports and opponent analysis
• Tactical quizzes and IQ assessment
• A curated library of 141 professional plays

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES

3.1 Free Trial New users receive a complimentary 72-hour trial with full access to all Gold-tier features. This app-level trial is separate from any Apple-managed free trial offers on individual subscription products.

3.2 Subscription Tiers After the trial period, continued access requires a subscription:

• Bronze (Free): Access to 20 Foundation plays and basic annotations.
• Silver ($4.99/month): Access to 60 plays, including Horns, Pistol, Princeton, Transition, and BLOB/SLOB series. Includes a 3-day free trial.
• Gold ($9.99/month): All 141 plays, NBA Actions, Late-Game sets, scouting templates, custom personnel tags, PDF exports, and full analytics. Includes a 1-week free trial.
• Pro ($14.99/month): Unlimited plays, team management for 25+ members, priority support, custom branding, and all Gold features. Includes a 1-week free trial.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase.

3.3 Payment and Auto-Renewal Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
